Is the Caribbean too boring for incentives? 31 employees and trading partners didn’t think so during a high-end program for 6 days. Regatta sailing on original Americas Cup yachts was just one activity. With ‘My Choice Day’, guests could also choose their favourite programs from the many individual options we had created. Landing by plane is an adventure itself on both islands. At the colourful Carnival of St. Martin, guests were immersed into the Caribbean party culture with Calypso and Reggaeton. St. Barth, island of the rich and beautiful, charmed the guests with pretty landscapes, famous beach clubs, hotels and its relaxed-luxurious lifestyle.
Contrasts: Antigua Sailing Week + New York City
Two islands and two worlds were enjoyed by 25 sales employees at the Top Seller Incentive. The journey began on the dream island of Antigua, at the most important sailing regatta in the Caribbean, Antigua Sailing Week. Yachts and sailors from all over the world meet here each year for the famous regatta event and atmospheric beach parties. Afterwards, our guests traveled to New York City with a direct flight to the urban contrast program, and had some thrilling days on Manhattan Island. All in all, an extravagant destination combination with a real wow factor.
