Marlene Königsperger has been engaged in event marketing and incentive travel for over 20 years, originally in the tourism and sports sector. Born and raised in Bavaria, her professional activities have taken her around the globe. She has lived in Mallorca, Brazil, New York, San Diego, Crete, Fuerteventura, Southern England and Sydney.
In 2005, she founded Motivents in Augsburg. In 2010, the office moved to the Prinzregentenplatz in Munich. Motivents has established itself as a fine boutique agency of event and travel professionals, focused on top quality and global service.
