Marlene Königsperger
Managing owner
Marlene has been engaged in event marketing and incentive travel for over 20 years, originally in the tourism and sports sector. Her professional activities and passion for travelling have taken her around the globe. She has lived in Mallorca, Brazil, New York, San Diego, Crete, Fuerteventura, Southern England, Byron Bay and Sydney.
In 2005, she founded Motivents in Augsburg. In 2010, the boutique agency moved to to Munich Haidhausen, in 2024 to the Lenbachplatz. Motivents has established itself as a fine boutique agency focused on top quality and worldwide service.
As a customer, you are personally looked after by experienced project leaders and supported by an excellent international network. With passion and professionalism, Marlene and her team will realize fascinating events and trips for you all over the world.
